Mr. Stephens is a Weather Forecaster for, and a Climatological, Environmental, Geological, and Renewable Energy  Consultant to, Associated Science Experts, LLC and other companies.  He is the principal Certified HazMat Training Course Instructor of Associated Science Experts, LLCHe is a consultant to Environmental Science & Energy, Inc.

EDUCATION.  His educational background includes meteorology, climatology, environmental sciences, and geology.  He earned a B.S. in Geography, with emphasis in Meteorology and Climatology, and an M.S. - both from Utah State University.  He is pursuing a Ph.D. from that institution.

EXPERIENCE.  Zane A. Stephens is a multi-talented scientist, with more than 30 years of professional experience as a meteorologist, climatologist, geologist, environmental scientist, certified hazardous materials instructor, teacher, radio and television broadcaster, photographer, partner, and/or director at eight companies and university departments from 1978 to 2001.  He was a climatologist at the Utah Climate Center, assisting the State Climatologist.   He was an on-air meteorologist at a Logan, UT radio and television station.  Mr. Stephens taught at Bridgerland Applied Technology College, Logan, UT for a number of years as an instructor in numerous scientific courses.  He was an environmental scientist for a number of years with Blue Ridge Associates and Jackie E. Stephens & Associates, both in Spokane, WA.  Mr. Stephens is a highly experienced weather forecaster.

CURRENT AFFILIATIONS.  Mr. Stephens prepares many of the Daily Weather Planner forecasts and special weather forecasts that Associated Science Experts, LLC and our other companies provide to major film productions,  agriculture, construction, power companies, Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure, family festivals, farmers' markets, and special events such as the Academy Awards, the Emmys, the Super Bowl, the Rose Parade, the Rose Bowl, and others.

Development of new-technology tidal and ocean wave energy for communities in coastal regions worldwide.

Development of wind, solar, hydroelectric, and other renewable energy for individual homes, farms, schools, and businesses worldwide.

Development of the latest-technology scientific instrumentation.

Determination of construction defects, foundation failures, and seismic and landslide hazards

Provision of climatic, meteorological, hydrologic, seismic, landslide, coastal, and ocean data, plus precise, pinpoint data interpolation to specific locations, as well as detailed expert data analysis.

Protection and restoration of beaches, ports, harbors, marinas, seawalls, piers, and docks, plus lagoons, marshes, wetlands, and coral reefs.

Structural integrity inspections and restoration projects for water reclamation plants, dams, power plants, cell phone towers, and  transmission lines.

Inspection, repair, reinforcement, and reconstruction of bridges, railroads, public works infrastructure, airports, oil rigs, public schools, stadiums, malls, theaters, churches, synagogues, and mosques.
